Zecchino d’Oro is an Italian brand based in Monte San Giusto, a town located in the region Marche, where they have been producing high-end children’s shoes for about 50 years. A long history, that we have discovered only recently and that we have immediately loved, for its ability to combine a trendy and glamorous style with high quality and simplicity.
The new fall winter 2014 collection encompasses a great variety of shapes and colours: adorable ballerinas in elegant brown shades, lace up sneakers and bikers with a strong urban mood, ankle boots and above all booties of all kinds.
We love the “first step” line and in particular the lace up sneakers for little girls. They are characterised by a vintage touch provided by the colours and the treatment of the leather, and they are always embellished either with precious rhinestones, glitters and sequins or by the print of the leather or again by the precious materials used for the laces such as velvet or silk.
All the materials are of the highest quality, and they are used by skilled and experienced craftsmen for creating these little masterpieces in the most authentic tradition of Italian footwear. All the styles are rigorously made in Italy.

Una storia lunga, che abbiamo scoperto solo di recente e che abbiamo subito amato, per la sua capacità di coniugare uno stile trendy e glamour con alta qualità e semplicità.
La nuova collezione autunno inverno 2014 comprende una grande varietà di forme e di colori: adorabili ballerine in eleganti tonalità di marrone, scarpe da ginnastica dal marcato mood urbano, polacchini e soprattutto stivali di tutti i tipi.
Ci ha colpito molto la linea primi passi e, in particolare, la scarpe da ginnastica per bambine. Sono caratterizzate da un tocco vintage conferito dal colore e dal trattamento della pelle, e sono sempre impreziosite da strass, glitter o paillettes oppure dalla stampa del pellame o ancora dai pregiati tessuti utilizzati per le stringhe come il velluto o la seta.
I materiali sono tutti di alta qualità e vengono utilizzati da maestri artigiani per la creazione di questi piccoli capolavori nella più autentica tradizione calzaturiera italiana. Tutti i modelli sono rigorosamente prodotti in Italia.
