Halloween kids costumes inspired by freak show
By now, our regular readers know that we are very keen on making accurate plans for our weekly schedule and that, more often than not, something unexpected happens and it literally screws them up. This time is no expectation, and during Halloween night mum got stuck into traffic jam on her way from Milan to the mountains and could not keep up with the original posting idea.
To properly freak you out, we had selected another great series of kids costume styled by Sara Marjoniemi using the fall 2014 collection of some famous brands. This time inspiration comes from “American Horror Story: Freak Show”, the fourth season of a television series telling the story of one of the last remaining freak shows in America, and their struggle for survival.
The photos have been shot by Daniela Talvitie for RAWR, one of our favourite’s kids fashion and cutting-edge magazine of Nordic lifestyle run by creative director, Daniela, and art director Herman, mam and dad of three little boys, in collaboration with writer YC. Nothing else to add, but have a scary reading!
Ormai i nostri lettori abituali sanno che teniamo molto a preparare un piano accurato per il nostro programma settimanale e che tuttavia, il più delle volte, ci accade qualcosa d’inatteso che di fatto manda tutto all’aria. Ovviamente è successo anche questa volta! Durante la notte di Halloween la mamma è rimasta bloccata nel traffico sulla strada che da Milano porta in montagna e quindi non siamo riuscite a rispettare quando avevamo inizialmente ideato.
Per farvi morire letteralmente dalla paura, avevamo scelto un’altra bella serie di costumi per bambini realizzata con capi delle collezioni in corso da Sara Marjoniemi. In questo caso, l’inspirazione arriva da “American Horror Story: Freak Show”, la quarta stagione di una serie televisiva che racconta la storia di uno degli ultimi freak show rimasti in America , e la sua lotta per la sopravvivenza.
