Milan window shopping, monnalisa – stopover 3
Right in front our stopover 2 is the beautiful Miss Blumarine boutique, where we could enjoy amazing red and white outfits with cute bunnies and teddy bears scattered everywhere (here).
A few doors down, at number 52 of via Della spiga, we found the Monnalisa boutique where we stopped for the third time. The shop window was “painted” with the colours of the holidays: gold, red and black. Once in the store, we focused on the line closest to the holiday spirit. Red tartan was the dominant element, reinterpreted for this season in a rock version. Tartan fully covering amazing neoprene dresses and skirts or tartan emphasising details of garments or adorable prints.
A final note. We’ve not posted the photos taken on the day of the official tour, but those of the previous week, when we had been invited to the store for an “educational snack”. Thanks to Paola Brodoloni, founder of the non-profit organization “Cuore e Parole” (Heart and words), we learned how to prevent cyber-bullying and teach our kids how to surf the web safely.
Proprio di fronte alla nostra tappa 2 si trova lo splendido negozio di Miss Blumarine, nelle cui vetrine abbiamo potuto ammirare meravigliosi abitini bianchi e rossi con simpatici coniglietti e orsacchiotti sparsi un po’ ovunque (qui).
Qualche civico dopo, al numero 52 di via della Spiga, abbiamo trovato la boutique di Monnalisa dove ci siamo fermate per la terza volta. La vetrina era “dipinta” con i colori delle feste: oro, rosso e nero. Una volta entrate, ci siamo concentrate sulla linea più vicina allo spirito delle feste. Il tartant rosso é l’elemento dominante, reinterpretato per questa stagione in una versione rock. Tartan che copre interamente meravigliosi abitini e gonne in neoprene oppure che enfatizza particolari di alcuni capi o di adorabili stampe.
Una nota finale. Non abbiamo pubblicato le foto scattate il giorno del tour ufficiale, ma quelle della settimana precedente, quando eravamo state invitate in negozio per una “merenda educativa”. In quell’occasione, grazie a Paola Brodoloni, fondatrice dell’organizzazione non profit “Cuore e parole”, abbiamo imparato come prevenire il cyber-bullismo ed insegnare ai nostri figli come navigare sul web in modo sicuro.
