Pitti Bimbo 80, the Apartment – stopover 1
As so, eventually it is Pitti Bimbo time! Welcome back to Florence, where we stick to our tradition of taking you around Fortezza da Basso and showing the amazing things that we have seen at the fair. We’ve wrapped up an itinerary encompassing eight selected destinations to publish on the blog, while we will post the other photos taken on the way on our social channels.
Does it mean another tour? Yes! You know, we want to keep you fit. So, are you ready? Let’s get started.
We kicked-off our jaunt inside the apartment whose rooms have been reinvented by designer Ilaria Marelli thanks to a setting characterized by map-covered walls, globes in the hallways and more maps on the tables showing the routes for new adventures in faraway lands.
Names and collections were so stunning we could have stayed there all day long: 120%, Caramel Baby & Child, Lamantine Paris & Milan, Mischka Aoki, Olive, Pale Cloud, Pe’pe’, and Péro, just to mention some of our favourites. Since we had to focus our energies and time, we selected two of them to describe in details here. The others on social. And if you are interested in our previous edition, follow the hashtag #PittiBimbo79 for all the details.
