Pitti Bimbo 80, I Pinco Pallino and a walk in the park – stopover 8 (the end)

To stick to our tradition, we couldn’t have left Pitti Bimbo without visiting I Pinco Pallino stand, located in the monumental area, just before the exit.
This year the brand based in Bergamo is inviting all their visitors to take a “walk in the park”, in a Central Park revisited for the event where metropolitan princesses and college princes stroll around, together with their animal playmates. The Zoo, the Autumn Greenhouse, the Night Garden, the School, the party in the Gazebo, as well as the trees and the animals are the milestones of the most amazing journey.
The new for this season is the collaboration with Zhang Ziyi, star of “Memoirs of a Geisha” and “Crouching tiger hidden dragon”, to design a line which encompasses two dresses, two skirts, and two t-shirts plus a line in lapin fur. This is only the beginning of a project that each season will see a capsule collection created in participation with guest designers from different fields, like cinema.
With this post, we end our Pitti Bimbo 80 tour. We hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have, and we give you an appointment with the next edition of Pitti Bimbo on the 25^th of June, when we will show you the previews of the spring summer 2016 collections.

Fedeli alla nostra tradizione, non avremmo mai potuto lasciare Pitti Bimbo senza visitare lo stand de I Pinco Pallino, collocato come sempre nella zona monumentale, poco prima dell’uscita.
Quest’anno il marchio originario di Bergamo ha invitato tutti i visitatori a fare una “passeggiata nel parco”, in un Central Park rivisitato per l’evento in cui principesse metropolitane e piccoli principi in divise universitarie passeggiano accompagnati dai loro compagni di gioco: gli animali. Lo Zoo, la Serra in autunno, il Giardino di notte, la Scuola, la festa nel Gazebo, così come gli alberi e gli animali sono le tappe di un incredibile viaggio.
La novità per questa stagione è la collaborazione con l’attrice Zhang Ziyi, protagonista di “Memorie di una Geisha” e di “La Tigre e il Dragone”, per il disegno di una linea che si compone di due abiti, due gonne e due T-shirts, più una linea in pelliccia di lapin. Questo è solo l’inizio di un progetto che ogni stagione vedrà una capsule collection in edizione limitata concepita in partecipazione con un guest designer proveniente da diversi settori, come il cinema.
