Pitti Bimbo 81 and the kids fashion trends for spring 2016
Less than two weeks and it will be Pitti Bimbo again! This season marks the 81st edition, which is expected to be even more special than ever, since the international fair for children’s fashions and lifestyles is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
Pitti Bimbo’s numbers are once again impressive and testify how the fair is able to present a complete overview of the universe of kids’ fashion on a global level: 437 collections expected, of which about 44% from abroad, over 5,700 buyers and around 10,000 visitors at the last summer edition.
The title-theme of the June fairs is “That’s Pitticolor!”, reinterpreted for Pitti Bimbo in a kids-sized version. It will be about the colours in which we are constantly immersed, the colours that are all around us, that we wear, that are inside us and in front of our eyes.
As per our tradition, next week we will start sharing on our social channels the spring summer 2016 previews, focusing on new names and returns among which: Cataleya, Christian Lacroix, Hugo Boss, Ivoy Paris, J&JOY, Karl Lagerfeld, Manila Grace, Pilvi, Stella Jean, The Bonnie Mob, Timberland, Zeybra.
From the 25th of June we will report live from Florence the events and the catwalks we will take part to. For the time being, confirmed fashion shows are: Children’s Fashion from Spain, Fun & Fun, Il Gufo, Manila Grace, Miss Grant and Yclù.
So stay tune, not to miss out anything from this exciting Pitti Bimbo 81.
