On the morning of our second day at Pitti Bimbo, we woke up very early, determined to be the first to enter the salon and to make the most of the day. We walked to the fair enjoying the warmth of the morning sun and the beauty of the ancient streets in an enchanting Florence still stretching its eyes to properly wake up.
Once in the Fortezza, we headed straight to Twin-set’s stand, eager to see the new spring summer 2016 collection. Sophisticated lace in the delicate shades of off-white, beige and pink; jeans embellished with pearls and rhinestones or decorated with flowers in iridescent sequins, and the signature leatherette jackets combined with tulle dresses and skirts, these are the iconic elements revisited in a beautiful summer collection.
We loved in particular the floral print in pastel shades, available in all the three lines, but in different shapes to accommodate the different needs of our girls: loose and comfortable for the littler, with romantic white lace inserts for the grown-up. We already know that we won’t be able to resist it!

La mattina del nostro secondo giorno a Pitti Bimbo ci siamo svegliate molto presto, determinate ad essere le prime ad entrare e sfruttare al meglio la giornata. Abbiamo raggiunto a piedi la zona della fiera, godendoci il tepore del sole mattutino e la bellezza delle antiche strade in un’incantevole Firenze che si stropicciava gli occhi per svegliarsi del tutto.
Entrate nella Fortezza da Basso, ci siamo dirette subito allo stand di Twin-set, ansiose di vedere la nuova collezione primavera estate 2016. Pizzi sofisticati, nelle delicate tonalità del bianco, del beige e del rosa; jeans impreziositi da perle e strass oppure decorati con fiori in cangianti paillettes, e le immancabili giacche in pelle, emblema del marchio, abbinate ad abitini e gonne in tulle, questi gli iconici elementi rivisitati in una bellissima collezione estiva.
Ci è piaciuta in modo particolare la stampa floreale nei colori pastello, proposta in tutte le tre linee, ma in forme differenti, per soddisfare le diverse esigenze delle nostri bimbe: ampie e comode per le più piccole, con romantici inserti in pizzo per le più grandi. Sappiamo già che non saremo in grado di resistergli!
