Sarabanda winter 2015 red for Christmas
For Christmas this year, we were determined to take some pictures in the proper Christmas mood. For this reason, in the last couple of weeks, during the weekend we went around stores browsing through the Christmas decorations. As our regular readers know, we come from a little village in the mountains, so wood sticks, pine cones and little birds on wood bundles, seemed just perfect (we actually stole the birds from grandma’s vast Christmas repertoire).
Since last Sunday was cold, foggy and grey, we decided to spend an afternoon at home, decorating the house with Christmases lights and having fun playing with the decorations and piles of fake snowflakes that we had bought together with the decorations.
And since it’s Christmas, red is a must have. So, we chose this beautiful red sleeveless dress from Sarabanda with high waist and a lovely bow on the front, which we embellished with a soft techno fur beige collar. It was love at first sight!
Quest’anno in occasione del Natale, eravamo determinate a realizzare delle foto in puro clima natalizio. Per questo, durante le scorse settimane, siamo andate in giro nei negozi curiosando tra le decorazioni di Natale. Come i nostri lettori abituali sanno, veniamo da un paesino di montagna, e quindi bastoncini di legno, pigne ed uccellini su fascine di legna ci sono sembrati perfetti (in realtà abbiamo “rubato” gli uccellini dal vasto repertorio natalizio della nonna).
Poiché domenica scorsa faceva freddo ed il cielo era grigio e nebbioso, abbiamo deciso di trascorrere un pomeriggio a casa, decorandola con le luci di Natale e divertendoci a giocare con gli addobbi e con mucchi di fiocchi di neve finti che avevamo comprato insieme ad essi.
E poiché a Natale il rosso è d’obbligo. Abbiamo scelto questo meraviglioso abitino rosso senza maniche di Sarabanda con la vita alta e un simpatico fiocco sul davanti, che abbiamo abbinato con un morbido colletto in pelliccia sintetica beige. E’ stato amore a prima vista!
