il gufo fashion show during pitti bimbo 83: adorable jungle tales for everyone!
One of the most expected events at Pitti Bimbo is il gufo fashion show, which usually takes place on the morning of the second day. Therefore, at around 11.00AM, we were queuing outside sala della Ronda (the place was packed!), waiting to get in and enjoy the show.
On entering, we realized that Sala della Ronda had actually been transformed into a vast jungle, with oversized tropical flowers, giant green leaves and a flock of white hummingbirds. Soon it got populated by wild animals and the show began.
The SS17 collection that we’ve seen at il gufo fashion show during pitti bimbo 83 was inspired by the equatorial nature and by the jungles. The natural elements characterizing the outfits, the comfortable shapes and the colours, all was speaking the language of a wild and uncontaminated nature. We love the colours in particular: a combination of different shades of turquoise with various types of green. Khaki, blue, yellow, orange and a super trendy pink flamingo. How do you like it?
Uno degli appuntamenti più attesi a Pitti Bimbo è la sfilata de il gufo, che generalmente ha luogo la mattina del secondo giorno. Per questo, intorno alle 11.00 di venerdì, stavamo facendo la coda fuori dalla Sala della Ronda (il posto era affollatissimo!), in attesa di entrare e goderci lo spettacolo.
Nel prendere posto, ci siamo rese conto che la Sala della Ronda era stata trasformata in una fitta giungla, con giganteschi fiori tropicali, grandi foglie verdi ed uno stormo di colibrì bianchi. Ben presto si è popolata di animali feroci in 3D e lo spettacolo ha avuto inizio.
La collezione primavera estate 2017 che il gufo ha presentato durante pitti bimbo 83 è ispirata proprio alla natura equatoriale e alla giungla. Gli elementi naturali chiamati a caratterizzare abitini e completi, le forme ampie e comode, ed i colori, tutto parla il linguaggio di una natura selvaggia ed incontaminata. Ci siamo innamorate in particolare dei colori: una combinazione di diverse tonalità di turchese con vari tipi di verde. Cachi, blu, giallo, arancione e un super trendy rosa fenicottero. Vi piace?
