Baja California Balandra beach

Our trip to Baja California and the beautiful Balandra beach

When we got to Baja California, we flew into San José del Cabo international airport and spent the first two nights near Cabo San Lucas, resting and finalizing our trip. We eventually decided to rent a 4X4, as some of the beaches wanted to see, could not be accessible with a normal car – and the choice was right.
On the morning of the second day, we left following the costal road towards the natural reserve of Cabo Pulmo. It was a very pretty drive, although the road was very bad, and we enjoyed endless sandy beaches, lashed by the Ocean, in complete solitude.
We spent the third night in Baja California in Los Barilles, where we were caught by the tropical storm Javier, and we arrived in Laz Paz the day after, in the early afternoon. Looking back, also considering the bad weather, we would have actually had to carry on to La Paz on the same day.
We stayed in La Paz for five nights, two more than originally planned, since we loved the area and, in particular, we got in love with the beautiful Balandra beach, where we went twice. Would you blame us?

Volete biasimarci?
