For this winter season, Gucci has realized a children advertising campaign dedicated to back to school. Not only it is shot by one of our favourite photographers, Lee Clower, but it also features some of the baby models we know from Pitti Bimbo. So, no wonder we have literally fallen in love with it!
The Gucci back to school 2016 collection is unconventional, and it surprises for the combination of classic school elements with unexpected materials, colours and patterns. Thus, a brown wool tartan coat with a knitted checked effect is embellished with big orange flowers and matched with a linear navy and red dress. A collegial blue and red tartan dress pops up from under a decorated denim jackets, and is matched with country style ankles boots. The signature “GG” logo print is mixed with ladybirds and beetles to cover school bags and backpacks characterised by original stripes with hearts and geometries.
This is in line with the revamp of the adults collection realized by the Gucci genius designer Alessandro Michele, awarded designer of the year 2016.

Per questa stagione invernale, Gucci ha realizzato una campagna pubblicitaria dedicata al ritorno a scuola. Non solo è stata scattata da uno dei nostri fotografi preferiti, Lee Clower, ma vede come protagonisti alcuni dei bimbi modelli che conosciamo dal Pitti Bimbo. Quindi, non c’è da meravigliarsi se vi diciamo che ce ne siamo letteralmente innamorate!
La collezione di Gucci per il ritorno a scuola del 2016 è assolutamente non convenzionale, e sorprende per la combinazione di elementi classici con materiali, colori e modelli inaspettati. Così, un cappotto marrone di lana scozzese viene impreziosito con grandi fiori arancio e abbinato ad un lineare abitino navy e rosso; un vestito in tartan rosso e blu, in puro stile collegiale, fa capolino da sotto una giacca in denim decorata con fiori e farfalle applicate, e viene abbinato a degli stivaletti corti in stile country; la stampa con il logo “GG” viene mixata a coccinelle e scarabei per ricoprire meravigliose cartelle e zainetti dalle originali bretelle con cuori e geometrie.
Uno stile in linea con il rinnovamento della collezione per adulti realizzata dal genio del designer di Gucci Alessandro Michele, premiato nel 2016 come designer dell’anno.
Domani a Milano prende il via la settimana della moda e noi non vediamo l’ora! Ci vediamo lì!
