Autumn in Milan: Villa Reale gardens wearing Elsy fall winter 2016
Two weeks and it will be Christmas! We can hardly believe it, and the worst is we are not even close to being ready for it! Almost everything is missing. Moreover, having decided to spend this long bank holiday away from Milan, our only hope is next weekend. However, we bet our regular readers are not surprised on reading that we are so bad!
In the meantime, we thought we’d share some of the pictures taken during this beautiful and extraordinary warm autumn in various cities we’ve been to with the girls. We begin with autumn in Milan. One of our fav places is Villa Reale and its gardens (see also here and here). We love to go and play there, especially in autumn, when the colours of the season make it a truly magical place.
Here you can see Anna and Alice during one of those days playing with fallen leaves. They had such a great time! They were wearing two matching dresses from the grey theme of Elsy fall winter 2016 collection. We loved the grey roses on the white background, and the elegant though comfortable shapes. Looking at them now, we think they are just perfect for the incoming festivities … and this bring us back to Christmas prep.

Solo due settimane e sarà Natale! Non possiamo proprio crederci ed il peggio è che non siamo nemmeno lontanamente vicine all’essere pronte! Ci manca praticamente tutto. Inoltre, avendo deciso di trascorrere il ponte dell’Immacolata fuori Milano, la nostra unica speranza rimane il prossimo fine settimana. Comunque, scommettiamo che i nostri lettori abituali non sono affatto sorpresi nel leggere che siamo messe così male!
Nel frattempo, abbiamo pensato di condividere con voi alcune delle foto scattate durante questo meraviglioso e straordinariamente caldo autunno in varie città che abbiamo visitato con le bimbe. Iniziamo dall’autunno a Milano. Uno dei nostri posti preferita è la Villa Reale o Villa Belgioioso ed i suoi giardini (vedi anche qui and qui). Ci piace molto andare a giocare lì, soprattutto in autunno, quando i colori della stagione lo rendono un luogo veramente magico.
Qui sotto potete vedere Anna e Alice durante uno di questi giorni, mentre giocano con le foglie cadute. Si sono divertite moltissimo! Indossavano due abiti abbinati presi dal tema grigia della collezione autunno inverno 2016 di Elsy. Ci hanno conquistato le rose grigie su sfondo bianco, e la loro forma elegante e allo stesso tempo comoda. Guardandoli ora ci sembrano semplicemente perfetti per le prossime feste natalizie… e questo ci riporta ai preparativi per di Natale.
