Vibrant and full of life, Marni bambina spring summer 2017 is our unavoidable choise for the series dedicated to Milan Design Week. Geometrical shapes, patterns audaciously presenting unexpected combination of colours, use of innovative fabrics, these are the iconic elements of the Italian brand.
For this season, one of the undisputed protagonists are checks: big yellow and white ckecks are covering dresses, coordinated jackets and skirts, jumpers and k-way. The alternative is an energetic dense white grids on an orange background.
We love the irresistible coloured resin brooches matching clothes and accessories prints to decorate the looks. The shoes go from sneakers in technical fabric to the iconic striped slip-on that for this season come in colorful patterned or embellished with an oversized fringe.
For Design Week 2017 Marni has realised Playland, a special project drawing inspiration from Play. A series of impossible objects, sculptures to play with and the new limited edition of handmade furniture pieces, produced in Colombia. A portion of sales will benefit @OnlyTheBraveFoundation, which supports numerous charitable institutions. This year the donations will help Associazione Piccolo Principe that through its Orso Baloo center hosts children in need aged from 0 till 6 in the district of Milan. Vibrante e piena di vita, Marni bambina primavera estate 2017 è la nostra scelta inevitabile per la serie dedicata al Design Week di Milano. Forme geometriche, audaci accostamenti cromatici, e uso di tessuti innovativo, sono gli elementi iconici di questo marchio italiano.
Protagonisti indiscussi di questa stagione sono i quadretti: grandi quadretti bianchi e gialli ricoprono vestiti, completi coordinati giacca e gonna, felpe e k-way, alternandosi a fitte ed energetiche griglie bianche su fondo arancio.
Ci siamo innamorate delle irresistibili spille in resina colorata che riprendono le stampe di abitini ed accessori. Le scarpe vanno da sneakers in tessuto tecnico alle iconiche slip-on, disponibili in fantasia colorata o impreziosite da una frangia oversize.
In occasione della Design Week 2017, Marni ha realizzato Playland, un progetto speciale traendo ispirazione dal gioco. Una serie di oggetti impossibili, sculture di giocare con e la nuova edizione limitata di mobili fatti a mano, prodotto in Colombia. Una parte delle vendite andrà a beneficio di @OnlyTheBraveFoundation, che supporta numerose istituzioni caritatevoli. Quest’anno le donazioni aiuteranno Associazione Piccolo Principe che, attraverso il suo centro Orso Baloo ospita bambini bisognosi di età compresa da 0 fino a 6 nel distretto di Milano.
