Autumn in Rome: the Colosseum with Paul Smith Junior Fall Winter 2017
Just about this time last year, precisely during the Feast of Saint Ambrose, we were in Rome for a family trip. The weather was so warm that we could go around without winter coats and we had a great time together (see here). Unfortunately, this year we will not be able to go very far, not only for baby Aurora, but also because daddy is away for work. So, we will go to grandma’s, up in the mountains, and we will enjoy a wilder landscape.
We loved the city and we kept talking about it in the following months. So, when Ariana mentioned that she would have spent some days in Rome at the beginning of November we thought it could have been a chance to have it back on our blog and we organized a shooting! We choose the stunning area in front of the Colosseum.
In Ariana’s photos you can see Emma, in a striped dress matched with a striped mini-me cardigan, and Viviana, in a blue dress matched with a blue mini-me cardigan with shiny, embroidered spots on the front. Both outfits are from Paul Smith Junior fall winter 2017 collection. Which one do you like the most?

Lo scorso anno in questo periodo, per l’esattezza durante il ponte di Sant’Ambrogio, ci trovavamo a Roma per un viaggio di famiglia. Il clima era così mite che si poteva andare in giro senza cappotto… ci siamo divertiti un sacco tutti insieme (vedi qui). Purtroppo quest’anno non saremo in grado di andare molto lontano, non solo per la piccola Aurora, ma anche perché papà è via per lavoro. Quindi, andremo dalla nonna in montagna a goderci un paesaggio un po’ più selvaggio.
L’intera famiglia si è innamorata della città e ne abbiamo continuato a parlare per mesi dopo il viaggio. Così, quando Ariana ha detto che avrebbe trascorso alcuni giorni a Roma all’inizio di novembre, abbiamo subito pensato alla possibilità di riaverla sul blog e abbiamo organizzato uno shooting nell’area di fronte al Colosseo.
Nelle foto qui sotto potete vedere Emma in un abitino a righe abbinato ad un cardigan mini-me, mentre Viviana, in un abitino blu, abbinato ad un cardigan con cerchi luccicanti sul davanti. Entrambi gli outfit sono della collezione autunno inverno 2017 di Paul Smith Junior. Quale outfit vi piace di più?
Noi abbiamo il nostro preferito, ma non lo riveleremo così facilmente! Buona notte xxx
