About one week and it will be Pitti Bimbo again. We can’t wait to be back to Florence for the world’s largest kids fashion trade fair which begins on January 18th, 2018 for three days and showcases fall/winter 2018!
Waiting for Pitti Bimbo 86 – the numbers
Pitti Bimbo’s numbers are growing every year and demonstrate how the fair provides a complete overview of the universe of kids’ fashion on a global level: 540 collections expected, of which about 55% from abroad, over 6,700 buyers and around 10,000 visitors at the last winter edition.
Waiting for Pitti Bimbo 86 – the theme
The theme of the January 2018 edition is cinema, so “Pitti Live Movie” and we cannot hide our excitement about it! The fair is expected to become a kind of large Film Festival with its various sections and different styles portrayed by big illustrated posters realized by the illustrators of the Mostra Illustratori [Illustrators Exhibition] at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
Waiting for Pitti Bimbo 86 – the kids fashion blog
Mom AND Aurora (since she’s still breastfeeding the baby must go with her!) will be in Florence for two days from Thursday to Friday and will post all the key fashion trends for fall winter 2017 – 2018 (by the way: a good opportunity for the latest sales).
As per our tradition, next week we will start sharing on our social channels some fall winter 2017 previews, focusing on new names and returns.
Also for this 86th edition, we have teamed up with Ariana and from the 18th of January we will report live from Florence the events and the catwalks we will take part to. Confirmed fashion shows are: Children’s Fashion from Spain, Monnalisa (that celebrates 50 years with a unique event “The Golden Age”), Apartment and KidzzFIZZ.
We will also post the special projects that we have organized for the fair…so stay tune, not to miss out anything from this exciting Pitti Bimbo 86.
Circa una settimana e sarà di nuovo il momento di Pitti Bimbo! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare a Firenze per la più grande fiera internazionale della moda per bambini che inizierà il 18 gennaio 2018 portando in scena per tre giorni le collezioni autunno/inverno 2018!

I numeri di Pitti Bimbo crescono ogni anno e dimostrano come il salone sia in grado di offrire una panoramica completa dell’universo della moda bimbo a livello internazionale: 540 collezioni attese, di cui circa il 55% provenienti dall’estero, oltre 6.700 compratori e circa 10.000 visitatori all’ultimo edizione invernale.

Il tema dell’edizione di gennaio 2018 è il cinema, quindi “Pitti Live Movie” … non possiamo proprio nascondere quanto ci piaccia questa scelta! Ci si aspetta che il salone diventi una sorta di grande Film Festival, con le sue diverse sezioni e stili raccontati da grandi post realizzati dagli illustratori della Mostra Illustratori della Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
Aspettando Pitti Bimbo 86 – il nostro blog di moda bimbi
La mamma E Aurora (visto che la sta ancora allattando, andrà anche la piccolina) saranno a Firenze per due giorni da giovedì a venerdì e vi mostreranno i principali trend della moda per l’autunno inverno 2017 – 2018 (un’occasione da non perdere per scegliere gli ultimi acquisti ai saldi).
Come da tradizione, la prossima settimana inizieremo a condividere sui nostri canali social alcune anteprime delle collezioni autunno inverno 2017, con un focus sui nuovi ingressi e sui rientri.
Anche per questa 86esima edizione, collaboreremo con Ariana e dal 18 gennaio vi mostreremo in diretta da Firenze tutti gli eventi e tutte le sfilate alle quali parteciperemo. Al momento le sfilate confermate a calendario sono: Children’s Fashion from Spain, Monnalisa (che celebra I suoi 50 anni con un evento unico “The Golden Age”), Apartment and KidzzFIZZ..
Pubblicheremo infine i progetti speciali che abbiamo organizzato per la fiera… quindi, rimanete con noi per non perdervi nulla di questo emozionante Pitti Bimbo 86.
