Vingino Spring Summer 2018 stripes

What are you doing during this 15^th of August? For the first time ever, we are celebrating Ferragosto up in the mountains with our grandparents – for the non-Italians: Ferragosto is a public holiday celebrated on the 15^th August in Italy that coincides with the major Catholic feast of the Assumption of Mary. We usually spend it alone at sea, but since we came back from the States two day ago after almost two months, we decided to stay with the fam.
We will soon publish some of the pics taken today, but in the meantime, we want to share these that Ariana and Emma took in Turin some weeks ago because we really love them. They took them while exploring one of the more eclectic part of the city for an art-street homework that Emma had to do, and we think that her outfit perfectly matches the street art mood!

Come state trascorrendo questo 15 agosto? Per la prima volta in assoluto, noi stiamo festeggiando Ferragosto in montagna con i nonni – per i non italiani: Ferragosto è una festività che si celebra il 15 agosto in Italia e che coincide con la grande festa cattolica dell’Assunzione di Maria. Generalmente noi lo trascorriamo da soli al mare, ma dato che siamo tornate dagli Stati Uniti due giorni fa dopo quasi due mesi, abbiamo deciso di rimanere in famiglia.
Pubblicheremo presto alcune delle foto scattate oggi, ma nel frattempo vogliamo condividere queste che Ariana ed Emma hanno scattato a Torino qualche settimana fa perché ci piacciono davvero un sacco! Le hanno scattate mentre esploravano una delle parti più eclettiche della città per una ricerca di street-art che Emma doveva realizzare per la scuola e pensiamo che il suo outfit si adatti perfettamente al mood della location.

So, no wonder Emma is wearing a bi-colour faded wash t-shirt to which we added a pair of skinny faded wash jeans.

For these summer days you can add some denim shorts and flip-flops for the perfect beach look!

Vi avevamo avvertito che questa sarebbe stata una stagione “sopra le righe”, no? Se ve lo siete perse date un’occhiata qui

Quindi non c’è da meravigliarsi se Emma stia indossando una t-shirt a righe bicolore caratterizzata da un lavaggio sbiadito che abbiamo abbinato ad un paio di jeans skinny anch’essi sbiaditi.

Per queste giornate estive potete abbinare dei pantaloncini di jeans e un paio di infradito per un perfetto look da spiaggia!
