On seeing this blue and gold line from Lili Gaufrette fall winter 2018 collection our mind immediately went to the saying “one swallow doesn’t make a summer”… guess it was for the charming bird pattern in glittery gold that characterizes some of the items! One instant after we thought that, in this case, many swallows surely make a winter and we decided to realise a blog post about it.
Here we are in the historic centre of Verona, just in front of the Arena, an open-air Roman amphitheatre built in the first century that’s still fully in use today, making it one of the best-preserved ancient structures in the world. Ariana took those pictures in a warm autumn afternoon while our little models, Caterina, Lucrezia and Sofia were merrily playing. How do you like it?

In queste foto ci troviamo nel centro storico di Verona, proprio di fronte all’Arena, un anfiteatro romano a cielo aperto costruito nel primo secolo che è ancora utilizzato oggi, rendendolo una delle strutture antiche meglio conservate al mondo. Ariana ha scattato quelle foto in un caldo pomeriggio d’autunno mentre i nostri modellini, Caterina, Lucrezia e Sofia giocavano allegramente. Vi piace?
