Scrambled-ego girls and Alice in wonderland print for spring summer 2020
Today we want to take you to the eclectic world of Scrambled-ego!
Despite the English name, Scrambled-ego is a 100% Italian brand that was launched in 2015 by two friends: Betty Coppi the creative mind and Marina Galeazzi the business manager. We got to know it during the last Pitti Bimbo summer edition for the presentation of the first Scrambled-ego kids collection. We remained fascinated by its unique and original style.
Scrambled-ego presents an unexpected combos of fabrics, colours and shapes. Mainly relaxed, oversized silhouettes, amplified or reshaped with the signature tulle and ruffles. It combines tongue-in-cheek slogans, original illustrations and prints, including the many graphic versions of the brand’s playful yellow dot logo. In fact, a key point of the brand is irony as stated by one of Betty’s slogans: “more talent, less ego”.
In the photos below you can see Anna and Alice wearing two blouses with on of the most beautiful prints of this summer: Alice in wonderland. We matched Alice’s t-shirt with a green tulle collar that added that unconventional touch which characterises the brand.
What do you think? Do you like it? Let us know!
