Autumn in Paris with Monnalisa fall winter 2020/2021 sophisticated line

Our regular readers know that we love spending the first weekend of November in France! We usually take advantage of the “all saints” long weekend and we go to Paris for a few days. Unfortunately, this year, due to the covid-19 pandemic, travelling is out of question and we have not been able to physically go anywhere. But since there are no limits to imagination, believe it or not, we eventually enjoyed Autumn in Paris anyway 😊! How?

On a sunny afternoon of a fall day, with Ariana and our model friends Costanza, Ginevra and Federico, we took an imaginary walk about Paris thanks to Monnalisa’s fall winter 2021 collection. Autumn in Paris, this is the name of Monnalisa’s line inspired by the “Ville Lumière” – the city of lights! White and blue sky, blue roses and hydrangeas, the unmistakable skyline with splendid buildings and the overarching Eiffel tower. The icon elements of this journey.

For Costanza we have chosen a three-piece outfit: a light blue pleated skirt characterised by the Parisian skyline and a print with blue roses to embellish the hem; a light blue blouse with a white rounded collar embroidered with blue velvet roses; an adorable navy-blue cardigan. We paired it with a cream and blue puffer jacket with the Paris print of the skirt.

For Ginevra a romantic dress with a navy-blue top characterized by an ivory collar with lace trim and with the same skirt of Costanza. We have combined it with a sophisticated wool bouclé coat beautifully embroidered with light-blue roses. We have completed both looks with a pair of glittery silver bar shoes with a white pearl bead trim and warm cotton tights.

For Federico an impeccable blue suit with a jacket characterised by an unexpected printed lining inspired by Paris. We have matched it with a light blue t-shirt.
