Milan Fashion Week Spring Summer 2022 and mini-me outfits for the winter season
After showing fully digitally for a couple of seasons, Milan Fashion Week Spring Summer 2022 has been (mostly) back to physical.
The numbers of this post pandemic edition have been impressive! 65 fashion shows of which 43 face-to-face and 22 digital; 98 presentations, 41 events of which 37 face-to-face and 4 digital, for a total of 204 scheduled appointments of which about 70% in presence. So, despite not all the designers have presented their Spring Summer 2022 collections live, the majority have. The street of our city has been once again flooded by buyers, editors, photographers, models and obviously influencers.
Now, while the epicentre of the fashion system is shifting from Italy to France for the fourth and final Fashion Month stop, here in Milan it is time to take stock of this edition. We can proudly say that we believe the Milan Fashion Week Spring Summer 2022 has been extremely positive and it has brought optimism for the future!
As per our tradition (see also here) celebrate Milan Fashion Week with a blog post featuring some of the mini-me outfits for the new winter season. For this edition, we’ve picked the following brands: Elisabetta Franchi, MSGM and Versace.

Milan Fashion Week Spring Summer 2022 and Elisabetta Franchi la Mia Bambina outfits for fall winter 2021/2022
During Milan Fashion Week, on Friday the 24th of September, Elisabetta Franchi has presented her new collection “The Explorer”. It celebrates the encounter between the Safari style and the unmistakable elegance of the brand. It is an invitation to discover a surprising world.
As per the tradition of the brand, Elisabetta Franchi has included in the fashion show two mini-me outfits. This is to underline the importance of Elisabetta Franchi La mia Bambina, the child-brand conceived for girls.
The show was broadcasted on the official website and on the brand’s social channels live from a majestic location: the only existing Palissando marble quarry in the world, owned by Tosco Marmi Group, where the models walked on the precious stones.
