Paris Fashion Week Spring Summer 2022 and more mini-me fall outfits for FW21
At Paris Fashion Week Spring Summer 2022 more brands than ever chose to return to the physical show format and some of them went big!
The Fashion event took place immediately after Milan, from Monday the 27th of September till Tuesday the 5th of October, and just like the Italian twin, it was back to being partially physical for the first time since the pandemic broke out.
The schedule has been filled with a mix of runway shows, intimate presentations, parties, virtual events, and bustling street style scene. Exploring new formats and themes, some of the industry’s biggest players wowed the fashion crowd with new looks and trends that many can’t wait to wear next year.
To name a few, Balenciaga took the unconventional route and showcased its collection through an episode of The Simpsons. Chanel celebrated the ’80s and ’90s with logo swimsuits, while Nicolas Ghesquière presented 19th century-inspired silhouettes for Louis Vuitton.
The French Fashion Week SS2022 closed with a moving tribute dedicated to the late, great Alber Elbaz, who died of COVID-19 in April 2021, that saw 45 of the world’s leading fashion maisons create homages to the designer. Among those honouring Elbaz were Valentino’s Pierpaolo Piccioli, Alexander McQueen’s Sarah Burton, Viktor & Rolf, Dior’s Maria Grazia Chiuri, Simone Rocha, and Bruno Sialelli, the current creative director of Lanvin, where Elbaz was creative director from 2001 – 2015.
Now, since you liked our first blog post featuring the best mini-me outfits inspired by Paris Fashion Week, we decided to replicate it and create a new one for fall winter 2021/2022. So, let’s celebrate the French Capital Fashion with a selection of mini-me outfits for the new winter season with three French brands: Balmain, Chloe and Zadig and Voltaire.

On Thursday the 30th of September, Chloé has presented his mystique Spring Summer 2022 women’s collection during Paris Fashion Week SS2022. Gabriela Hearst, leading luxury sustainable fashion pioneer, showed her spring collection on a sunny fall day, on the banks of the Seine river, with Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral as the backdrop.
