Halloween kids costumes inspired by famous cartoon characters (part 1)

Halloween is nearly upon us and while we are anxiously waiting to celebrate it, we carry on sharing with you a beautiful set of thematic photos, shot by the talented Stephanie Matthew for Mini Style Blog in collaboration with the American online retailer Shan and Toad.
Inspired by famous movies and children’s characters, kids fashion stylist Heather Rome has created a dozen of homemade costumes using kids’ clothes from the autumn 2014 collection of some fashion design brands.
Today we have selected for you Frozen’s Elsa, Cruella DeVil, Marionette and Wooden doll; the others will be coming very soon on the blog, so stay tuned!
A special thanks to Linda McLean, the great mind behind Smudgetikka, one of our most beloved kids fashion blog, for helping us get in contact with Shan and Toad and for being an endless source of inspiration and wonder.

Halloween è ormai alle porte e mentre stiamo aspettando con ansia di poterlo festeggiare, continuiamo condividendo con voi una meravigliosa serie di foto a tema scattate dalla bravissima Stephanie Mattew per Mini Stile Blog in collaborazione con il retailer americano online Shan e Toad.
Traendo inspirazione da famosi film e da personaggi per bambini, la stilista di moda bimbi Heather Rome ha creato una dozzina di costumi fatti in casa utilizzato abitini e capi della collezione autunno 2014 di alcuni marchi famosi.
Oggi abbiamo selezionato per voi il costume di Elsa in Frozen, di Crudelia Demon della carica dei centouno, di una marionetta e di una bambola di legno. Pubblicheremo gli altri molto presto, quindi continuate a seguirci.
